For more than a decade, we’ve been bringing together professionals from the oil and gas industry across Texas—and now New Mexico.  Through highly anticipated industry events, we create meaningful opportunities to connect in a relaxed, engaging environment while raising funds for charitable causes that truly matter.  Each year, we host a diverse lineup of events, including our WTX Convention & Tailgate Party in Midland every March, along with multiple golf tournaments that unite industry leaders, partners, and community supporters.  Our events provide a valuable platform to build relationships, share insights, and strengthen networks, all while giving back. Philanthropy is at the core of what we do.  We proudly support organizations that make a real impact, from assisting military veterans and youth programs to helping oilfield families in times of need.  Every event is designed with purpose: bringing people together to network and support causes that change lives.  Our charitable partners include Oilfield Helping Hands, VFW Post 6715, Oilfield Connections International, Basin Dream Center, Every Man Should Know Program, Especially for Youth, IADC Permian Chapter, Texas Tech University, UTPB, TSTC, TJC, Kilgore College, Basin Burnout, Boot Campaign, and Reel Thanx. Beyond our events, our newsletter reaches more than 40,000 industry professionals, helping us stay connected year round and extend our impact.  We’re proud to foster a culture of community, professionalism, and giving across Texas’ and New Mexico’s major shale plays.  We work hard every day building a legacy of connections and positive impact that reaches far beyond the oilfield.
